Refund Policy

Last updated: August 3, 2026

No refunds on platform fees

All fees paid to VenueCore Systems for Munispan™ — including the base platform subscription, module fees, setup fees, and volume (percentage) fees billed by the platform — are non-refundable.

This includes fees charged during or after a free trial, partial billing periods, unused time after cancellation, downgrades, or dissatisfaction with the service.

BY PURCHASING OR CONTINUING TO USE Munispan™ AFTER A TRIAL, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT PLATFORM FEES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Trials

Where a free trial is offered, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid platform charges, subject to the cancellation process in the product or by contacting support before the trial converts to paid service. Once a paid charge is processed, it is non-refundable under this Policy.

Cancellation

You may stop using Munispan™ and request account closure. Cancellation stops future platform billing according to the timing we confirm at cancellation; it does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.

What this policy does not cover

This Refund Policy applies to Munispan™ SaaS / platform fees charged by VenueCore Systems.

It does not govern refunds of resident or taxpayer payments collected by a municipality through online payments, utilities, tax, licensing, or similar modules. Those payment refunds (if any) are handled under the municipality’s policies and any Stripe Connect or merchant agreements inside the application. Platform processing or convenience fees charged on those transactions may be non-refundable under those separate agreements.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid Munispan™ charge, we may suspend service and dispute the chargeback with supporting records. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent account closure.

Contact

Billing questions: contact us through your Munispan™ support channel or the contact information published on munispan.com. Asking a billing question does not create a right to a refund.
